Tight process.
Real outcomes.

Most agency projects drag because the process is vague. Ours is the opposite. Five stages, clear deliverables, weekly check-ins, fixed scope. You always know where we are and what's next.

Five stages.
6–8 weeks, typically.

01
Discovery
We learn your business inside out. Goals, audience, competitors, constraints. No assumptions.
Week 1
02
Design
Wireframes, visual design, prototyping. You see it, feel it, and approve it before we write code.
Weeks 2–3
03
Develop
Clean code, fast load times, mobile-first. CMS, ordering, payments, automations — all integrated.
Weeks 3–5
04
Launch
QA, training, go-live. We don't push the button until every page, flow, and form is bulletproof.
Week 6
05
Grow
Analytics, iteration, new features. We stay on as a long-term partner — if you want us to.
Week 7+

What actually
happens each week.

01
Week 1
Discovery.

We start with a proper briefing call, not a form. We dig into your business model, your audience, what's working, what's broken, what you've already tried. Then we do independent research — competitors, references, technical constraints — and come back with a Discovery Report that lays out the strategy, scope, timeline, and fixed fee. No guesswork.

02
Weeks 2–3
Design.

We start with low-fi wireframes to nail the structure before anything gets pretty. Then full visual design — homepage first, then the rest of the site — in Figma. You'll get two rounds of revisions at this stage. We only move into development once you've signed off on every key page.

03
Weeks 3–5
Develop.

Custom front-end build, CMS wiring, payments, automations, the works. We use modern, maintainable stacks — no WordPress template bloat, no page-builder lock-in. You'll get a staging URL from week four so you can click through real pages, not static mockups. Weekly updates, direct access to the builder.

04
Week 6
Launch.

Full QA pass — cross-browser, accessibility, performance, every form submitted and every automation triggered. We train your team on the CMS, set up analytics, and only push live when everything's bulletproof. Launch day includes a monitoring window so we catch anything in the first 24 hours.

05
Week 7+
Grow.

Most clients stay on a retainer, because websites don't stay good by accident. We handle hosting, security, updates, new features, and regular analytics reviews. Every quarter we sit down and look at what's working, what isn't, and what we should ship next. You get a long-term partner, not a drive-by.

What we don't do.

/01
No endless revisions.
Two rounds at design, one at development, that's it. Anything beyond is scoped and billed transparently. Keeps us honest and the project moving.
/02
No surprise invoices.
The quote you sign at Discovery is the quote you pay. If scope grows mid-project, we tell you, price it, and let you decide. Never a bill you didn't see coming.
/03
No template shortcuts.
We never start from a theme. Every component is built for your project. It's why we take longer than template shops — and why the outcome is better.
/04
No ghosting after launch.
We stay close after go-live. Monitoring, fixes, support — the first month post-launch is included. Retainer or no retainer, we don't vanish.
"A good process isn't about ticking boxes. It's about building trust — so when we say it'll ship in six weeks, it ships in six weeks."
