Stage by stage

Discovery.

We start with a proper briefing call, not a form. We dig into your business model, your audience, what's working, what's broken, what you've already tried. Then we do independent research, competitors, references, technical constraints, and come back with a Discovery Report that lays out the strategy, scope, timeline, and fixed fee. No guesswork.

Design.

We start with low-fi wireframes to nail the structure before anything gets pretty. Then full visual design, homepage first, then the rest of the site, in Figma. You'll get two rounds of revisions at this stage. We only move into development once you've signed off on every key page.

Develop.

Custom front-end build, CMS wiring, payments, automations, the works. We use modern, maintainable stacks, no WordPress template bloat, no page-builder lock-in. You'll get a staging URL from week four so you can click through real pages, not static mockups. Weekly updates, direct access to the builder.

Launch.

Full QA pass, cross-browser, accessibility, performance, every form submitted and every automation triggered. We train your team on the CMS, set up analytics, and only push live when everything's bulletproof. Launch day includes a monitoring window so we catch anything in the first 24 hours.
