Civil Litigation & Dispute Resolution.
When something is owed, disputed, or said about you in print, you need a solicitor on the file before the other side moves first. We act for individuals and businesses across England and Wales in high-value debt, commercial contract, reputation, and property matters. From the first letter to enforcement.

Drafting, negotiating, and enforcing the agreements businesses rely on. Tailored to specific commercial needs rather than served from a template.
Fees
Costed in advance, in writing.
We work on hourly rates, fixed fees, or capped stages depending on the matter. Every instruction begins with a written client care letter setting out the scope of work, the fee basis, and an estimate or capped figure for the next phase. We do not begin chargeable work without it.
Where a matter expands beyond the scope agreed, we tell you before the work is done, not after the bill. VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate. Disbursements (counsel, court fees, expert reports) are listed and invoiced as incurred.
A claim worth discussing?
Most matters begin with a 30-minute consultation. We will tell you what we think, what it is likely to cost, and whether we are the right firm for the work.
