Shipping

How we ship.

All UK orders ship from our Bristol unit, tracked, with a working delivery window. We don't pad the postage and we don't cross-dock.

Standard delivery

£4.50 · 2 to 3 working days Free on orders over £50. Tracked Royal Mail or DPD depending on size.

Next day

£8.50 · before 18:00 next working day Order by 14:00 GMT Mon to Thu for next-day. Friday 14:00 cut-off ships Monday.

Saturday

£14 · before 13:00 Saturday Order by 14:00 Friday. We do this for working chairs.

Trade accounts

Free shipping · same-week dispatch Net 30 invoiced. Standing orders ship on a fixed cadence we agree with you.

EU & international

Quoted at checkout EU 5 to 7 working days. Non-EU 7 to 14. Duties paid by the recipient.

Returns

30 days from delivery on anything unopened. Free returns label inside the UK. We'll refund the original card or swap it for store credit.

Window

30 days from delivery Item must be unopened, in original packaging. Sealed bundles count as one item.

How

Email returns@barbergear.co.uk Order number in the subject. We'll send a free Royal Mail label within one working day.

Refund

Original card · 5 to 7 working days Or swap for store credit, no expiry. Trade accounts get the credit on the next month's invoice.

Faulty kit

Replace or refund · no questions Manufacturer fault inside warranty: photo, send it back, we replace. Outside warranty: we'll see what we can do.

Not returnable

Opened blades, hygiene products, sponges Health and hygiene rules. We can't restock these once the seal is broken.
